Pack your bags, Kids.

Have you moved with kids? It's not always easy. Gone are the days of calling a few friends, grabbing some drinks and ordering pizza to be delivered and making a day of it. With kids, you have to arrange so much! You're considering the packing, the moving, and the unpacking all at once. How many toys can you pack before boredom strikes? Did I pack the extra diapers? Where's blankie?!!?

Whether you're buying a home or selling your home, there many be different reasons why.

Childcare expenses have delayed some families from buying a home. It can be hard to save up while having to pay for your babysitter, to get to work, to get paid, to save up, to.... it's an endless cycle!

(Real quick: while we're talking about finances. If you don't already know your BUYING POWER in today's real estate market, find out! It takes a few minutes answering a few personal questions and you'll know exactly where you stand. I have great relationships with multiple Loan Advisers. I'm happy to get you in touch.)

When it comes to selling a home, families with children have often found that they move urgently to get their home sold. It made me wonder if families have to sacrifice their end profit from their investment in property in order to make room for their growing family.

I know when we welcomed baby #1 into the fold, her crib was in a closet in a 1 bedroom apartment. Then along came baby brother and we were off to a 2 bedroom rental. Next thing we knew, baby #3 made her way into our hearts and we found we were able to purchase our first home. It was through the patience of our Realtor we were able to find the right place for us, and we've been happy to call that home ever since!

If you have children, are thinking about having children or having more children, it can be a lot to think about. My motivation for being a real estate agent is to see families at HOME. I will be honored to help you find HOME!
