With kids, you have to arrange so much! You're considering the packing, the moving, and the unpacking all at once. How many toys can you pack before boredom strikes? Did I pack the extra diapers? Where's blankie?!!?

When it comes to selling a home, families with children have often found that they move urgently to get their home sold. It made me wonder if families have to sacrifice their end profit from their investment in property in order to make room for their growing family.
I know when we welcomed baby #1 into the fold, her crib was in a closet in a 1 bedroom apartment. Then along came baby brother and we were off to a 2 bedroom rental. Next thing we knew, baby #3 made her way into our hearts and we found we were able to purchase our first home. It was through the patience of our Realtor we were able to find the right place for us, and we've been happy to call that home ever since!
